About us

Who we are

Keep Britain Tidy is one of the UK’s leading environmental charities. At a time when we are living in a world that is facing its greatest environmental challenges, the work we do has never been more important or more urgent.

Our culture and values

We employ people from a whole range of backgrounds and experience on casual, fixed-term and permanent contracts.

We believe everyone deserves a Living Wage, we are an accredited Living Wage Employer and have signed up to the Show The Salary initiative so you have full transparency of what we pay for each role. We also promote flexibility, personal development and a work-life balance for all our staff and are proud winners of the best small employer for 2021 from the Working Families Best Practice Awards.

Whatever our role, we are all passionate about what we do and about making a real difference. If this sounds like you, browse our current vacancies and come join us.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

As we’re moving forward we recognise that a diverse workforce yields the best results.  We embrace all the different identities in the UK and we want our workforce to reflect that.

Environmental change is affecting us all and we want people from all backgrounds to be part of the solution and help us make the changes that cannot wait. It is for this reason that Keep Britain Tidy has flexible and supportive policies for all our staff, and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
